Thank you for coming to our school and teaching us all those helpful lessons for later on in life. I really enjoyed all those activities like dancing and going outside and stretching our bodies. My favourite part was lying down and finding our special place and learning how to calm myself. so thank you for the lessons. - Annabelle

I liked how we played lots of games that were very fun. I have learnt that when we are stressed there are 1 million ways to calm me. I think the workshop was really fun and I enjoyed it very much, I would do it 100 times or more if I could. – Jessica G

I liked that everyone had a fair chance to talk, and the ladies really listened to us. I learnt however tough things get to be truthful to myself. I had a lot of fun doing Essere. I really enjoyed when the kids opened up. – Alex
