(what career suits me – exploring inner qualities that create good leaders for our school, community, world) – LEADERSHIP/CAREERS
Educating youth to seek the leader within themselves, and creating a voice through visual mediums that promote ownership and change for humanity
Formation of the Day
3 workstations that enables students to rotate around and experience for an hour learning activities (leadership/careers, percussion, mural)
Outcomes
Students create via symbols and words a tangible product (mural) as a keepsake for the school
Creating ownership
Giving direction for students regarding their future choices of career/s
Understanding their strengths through brain quadrant activities, hence enabling better choice making for their career path
Students create a musical expression regarding self esteem – music creates a sense of fun and well-being
Lunch is provided for the students
