Shipping questions

How much is shipping

We offer free shipping on all Australian orders, and a flat rate of $15 for all express orders.

How long does it take to receive my order

We begin shipping orders out within 1 business day. Delivery takes anywhere between 3-5 business days.

Do you ship internationally

Yes. For international orders, standard shipping can take up to 30 days, depending on your location.

Where can I track my order

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link to track your order.

Returns

How long do I have to return the item

We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. Just please make the items are unworn and unwashed with original tags.

Full priced items will be refunded in full, sale items will receive a store credit.

What if my item is damage or defective

We're here to help, please email us at orders@essere.com.au and we’ll take care of you.

When can I expect my refund?

It takes 2-3 weeks for your refund. We will send you an email once the item has been received and your refund has been processed.

Sizing + Care

How do I know the correct size to buy?

Look for our size charts on each product page, which provide measurements for each size. Also - don't hesitate to contact us about your sizing measurements and preferences. We'll give you a recommendation.

How do I wash my item?

It's best to wash in cold water and dry on low.

Inventory

Item is out of stock. How long will it be to get restocked?

The time it takes to get a particular item back in stock varies. For an estimated time frame please email us at orders@essere.com.au

I want more colours of the item I love.

Feel free to emails us, we hear our customers and want to know your preferences.

Discount

Can I use more than one discount code?

Only one discount code can be used per order and cannot be combined with other promotions.

The sale ended, can I still use the discount code?

To make things fair to everyone, sales discount codes can only be applied within the timeframe of the sale.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, plus PayPal and Apple Pay as alternate methods

Do you accept International Cards?

Currently not, but if you have a Paypal/ApplePay account linked to an international card, just choose this option at checkout and you're good to go.

T&C for Celebrating one month of Essere Giveaway

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "The Promoter"
refers to Essere whose Instagram handle is @essere.child. The "Prize"
refers to $200 Essere gift voucher to be spent at www.essere.com.au

By entering the competition you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. All entries must be received by 6pm AET Wednesday 12 July 2023. One (1) winner will be selected at random by Essere on 12 July 2023 and the winner will be notified on or after this date via Instagram.

The Promotors competitions with entry via Instagram and/or Facebook are open only to residents of Great Britain (excluding Northern Ireland). One (1) winner will be chosen at random from all entrants and across all platforms.

No purchase necessary. Winners will not be required to pay to enter the
competition. 

Entrants must be over 18 years old on the date of their entry.

Instagram is not in any way affiliated or involved in the competition.

Multiple entries will be accepted.

Each entrant shall enter the competition via Instagram by liking
the post, tagging another Instagram user in the comments of the specified post by @essere.child and following this Instagram profile.

The Prize will be awarded to a randomly selected winner who has entered on Instagram, using a random selector tool.  

The Promoter will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of entries. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid. 

To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter’s liability
under or in connection with the competition or these terms and conditions shall be limited to the cost price of the Prize in question.

Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. Where a Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the promoter reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal or higher value.

The name, address, email address and phone number of the winner
must be provided to The Promoter if requested and will be shared to enable fulfilment of the Prize.​

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond The Promoter’s reasonable control, the promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.

The Promoter's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered
into.

The winner’s name and social media username may be posted on the social media profiles of Essere (@essere.child) after the winner has been selected.
